Thanks Noah, I guess I'll just sell my disappointment to the trader instead. He must also be really forgetful since he offered to give me the Compass again, unfortunatly he only says he will give me the Compass but doesn't actually put it in your inventory a second time. So Noah must not want to go to Pripyat since he wouldn't even allow me to bring up the subject. Right after Noah shot at me, I saw that the only dialogue option with him was to ask for the Compass artifact, an artifact he gave me from a previous quest. The second one is when acquiring a team for Pripyat, I already recruited two people and was about to recruit Noah.
The first one is in Yanov's Science bunker where I was suppose to put a scanner in four different anamolies, the scientists must not be that good at math however because they only gave me three scanners.
So these are the two major, quest-breaking glitches I've encountered. I've come across two quest breaking glitches (that I know of so far) and it is annoying because I don't want to erase the hours I've played since then just to try and redo the quests, hoping that the glitches won't occur again.
